Creating beautiful, straight smiles
Adult orthodontics (braces)
At White Dental, we offer several short-term orthodontic treatment options to suit your budget and lifestyle. Many people wish their teeth could be straighter, but have been put off by the cost, length of treatment or the thought of having to wear unsightly metal braces. However, with continuous advances in technology, orthodontic treatment for adults is becoming more popular. Compared to traditional ‘train-track’ metal braces, our brace systems are a more modern, efficient and discreet way of straightening your teeth.
There are several ways to move your front teeth. However, the most common is a tooth-coloured brace which is fixed to the front of your teeth. Using very light forces, cosmetic Nickel Titanium wires work in conjunction with ceramic brackets. The aim is to gently align the teeth into a straighter position. Because the appliance has tooth-coloured brackets and wires, people will be less likely to notice you're wearing a brace!
Invisalign invisible braces
The Invisalign System is designed to reveal the smile that you deserve. It’s why millions of people have now transformed their lives with removable, near-invisible aligners. Custom-made to move your teeth little by little, each tiny shift takes you a step closer to that next version of you – efficiently, gently and accurately.
We can also offer completely invisible braces that can be used on the inside of your teeth, as well as plastic aligners for patients who prefer a removable option.
Our dentists are best placed to discuss with you which type of cfast brace is most clinically suitable in your case.
Whether through accident or decay, there's no doubt that losing teeth can have an emotional impact. Thankfully, at White Dental we can use implant technology to replace missing teeth, enhance and rejuvenate the aesthetics of your smile, and prevent bone deterioration.
A small but strong post used in place of a missing tooth root, dental implants can be used for a wide range of treatment. One implant can replace a single missing tooth, two implants can secure a loose denture, or multiple implants can be used to replace all the teeth in the mouth.
A simple and effective way to lighten your teeth, tooth whitening treatment will give your smile a renewed sparkle and will improve your self-confidence. Tooth colour is a very individual thing: it can darken as we get older and is affected by food and drinks like tea, coffee, red wine and smoking. Whitening lifts off these stains from the enamel and works by allowing a very small amount of bleaching gel to come in to contact with the teeth. The gel then reacts with the surface of the tooth, gently removing stains and creating a beautiful, pearly white smile to be proud of.
At White Dental, we offer the Phillips Zoom! Advanced Power™ in-practice procedure. Using a whitening gel and state-of-the-art light technology, Zoom is the latest ‘laser’ whitening technique. The procedure is safe, fast acting, gentle and highly effective. You'll see your teeth whitened by up to 10 shades in just one 90-minute appointment.
We’ll also provide you with a set of bespoke whitening trays so you can continue the process at home.
Worried about frown lines, forehead lines or laughter lines around the eyes? As we get older, sometimes nature needs a helping hand and that’s where non-surgical facial treatments can work wonders. If you have concerns about ageing, damaged or problematic skin; or if you've experienced loss of skin volume or physical damage such as scars, we have the skin treatments for you. At White Dental, we've established a gentle and ethical approach to facial rejuvenation. When it comes to Botox, we believe that less is definitely more and that a small dose, expertly administered, can delivery impressive, long-lasting, and natural-looking results. Botox can achieve a more refreshed look without people thinking you've had lots of work done. Treatment is long-lasting , with just a single treatment producing visible results for around 4 months.
Side effects are rare and the injections help the body ‘naturally’ retrain itself to further reduce frown lines. You'll see a marked improvement in these lines after two or three days, and then a continual improvement for up to a month. When injected with Botox, the muscles are temporarily immobilised, which means that you will not be using those muscles that form the face into a frown.
